    At Prachin Pristine, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition.     Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

 

    Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and edible oil products, we do not accept returns once the product     has been opened, used, or tampered with.  

 

    Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
•    
• Product received is leaking
•    
• Incorrect product delivered
•  

 

    Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos     of the product.

Refunds

 

    Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.  

 

    Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD),     refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

Cancellations

 

    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped,     cancellation requests will not be accepted.
